This policy explains what iLEAP Tech AI collects through this website and how we use it. It covers the marketing site and inquiry forms only — not a client system we may later build for you under a separate agreement.

What we collect
If you submit a form, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, approximate company size, your challenge or goal, and optional phone number. We also receive standard server and security logs (for example IP address, browser type and time of request) from our hosting provider.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond to you, assess fit, and follow up about an opportunity call, workshop or related service. We do not sell your information. We do not use form submissions to train public AI models.
Processors
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form delivery may be handled by a configured form service. If analytics is enabled, a privacy-respecting analytics provider may record page views. Those processors only receive what they need to provide the service.
Cookies and analytics
The core site does not require an account or advertising cookies. If analytics is turned on, it is used to understand which pages and calls-to-action are useful — not to build advertising profiles.
Retention
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to administer that relationship. You can ask us to delete a request that did not become an engagement.
Your choices
You can email us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold from this website, subject to any legal retention duty.
